Among the reckoning of demands presented by the social reality, in which social protection services are precarious and intermediated by dependency and tutelage relationships, against the constitutional principles, there is need to deepen the analysis, from a critic and multidisciplinary perspective, of the social policies in a way that’s interrelated with social and human rights, highlighting its characteristics in the globalized world, in Brazilian society, and its processes of regionalization intermediated by border territories.
